As a library leader and consultant, Chelsea empowers public libraries to create inclusive, innovative experiences. Her approach combines library administration expertise with marketing communications aptitude, focusing on equity and technology to drive community engagement and library transformation.
A former communications professional, Chelsea has worked with public and private libraries for 15 years across four states. Previous positions include director of Bogota Public Library (N.J.) and consultant for the Colorado Library Consortium. Chelsea has also held leadership positions with the Essex County Chamber of Commerce (N.J.) and the Bergen County Cooperative Library System (N.J.). She earned her B.A. in Communication from Seton Hall University (South Orange, N.J.) and Master's in Library and Information Science from Drexel University (Philadelphia).
Anna fell in love with library work because of the community interaction and the wide variety of responsibilities. She has developed programs, collections, and services for public and K-12 school libraries. A creative thinker who embraces innovation, she develops meaningful relationships with clients and brings positive energy to every project.
Anna has 20 years of library experience in the United States and abroad, and over 5 years of consulting. She is available for projects outside of Colorado. She received a B.A. in English and Communications from the College of St. Benedict (Minnesota) and her Master's of Library Science from Emporia State University (Kansas).

Stephanie Ralph brings extensive public library leadership and inspirational speaking to the Library Logic team. She was executive director of two of Colorado’s most accomplished library districts during her 23-year library career. With degrees from the University of London Goldsmiths’ College and Regis University in Denver, Stephanie has worked in all levels of public libraries, from circulation to children’s services to executive director.
Her passion for how libraries work to support their communities was recognized with the 2024 Colorado Association of Libraries Career Distinction Award. She also received the James T. Walker Leadership Award from the Colorado Special District’s Association in 2021, and attended the Naco High Performance Leadership Academy in 2021 and the Mountains and Plains Library Association Leadership Institute in 2011.
Stephanie has a passion for creating conditions and coaching that supports and inspires others on their road to success. She was a 2021 TEDx Breckenridge Speaker with a talk entitled, “The Magic of Libraries” and later became a TEDx Breckenridge Speaker Coach, Director of Speaker Coaches and TEDx Breckenridge Board member. She has served as a mentor in both the Summit County and the Colorado State Library Mentor/Mentee program.
Stephanie is available for keynote presentations, leadership coaching and mentoring, and library development sessions for boards and staff.
